Communication Journaling
A helpful way to work on communicating with a loved one, often a partner or family member. (Also see Group/Family Journaling.)
Communication journaling can be either visual or written… feel free to be creative and have fun!
Fun Idea: Try using these “All About Me” printable sticker prompts and take turns responding to the same prompt.
Communication journaling could be a technique of writing back and forth with a partner or family member to improve communication skills, often when there has been some tension or problems communicating verbally, however it doesn’t need to be about solving a problem… it can also just be for fun with a friend or child, or a romantic habit to do with a partner. You might also prefer journaling visually (such as adding photos or doodles) and that’s great too!
